Welcome to the Missionary Wellness Center website (the “Site”). By using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this Site.

Our Site may contain links to or host certain applications or services featuring other or additional terms of use which may differ from these Terms in one or more material respects. When using such applications or services, you may be provided with and become subject to additional or different terms of use and/or privacy policies.

THE INFORMATION ON THE MISSIONARY WELLNESS CENTER WEBSITE IS FOR GENERAL EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORTIVE PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT INTENDED AS MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, NOR AS LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR ECCLESIASTICAL ADVICE. 1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms constitute an agreement between Missionary Wellness Center, a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 87-4374738) (“MWC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the user (“you” or “User”).

This agreement specifies the terms and conditions for access to and use of the Site. All policies and statements referenced in these Terms and posted on our Site are also incorporated into this agreement. By using the Site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

These Terms are subject to change by MWC at any time, effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of any such changes. You should review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.

Church affiliation. MWC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official resource of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Relationship to Pâz Wellness. The Site is operated by Missionary Wellness Center and is powered by Pâz Wellness. MWC and Pâz Wellness are related organizations but are separate entities. References to shared services, trademarks, or operational support do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Pâz Wellness unless expressly stated.

2. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy before using the Site.

We may use third-party service providers to host, secure, analyze, and operate the Site (for example, authentication, database, storage, and email delivery providers).

By supplying your email address on the Site, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, updates, and other information we may send in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We are committed to complying with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and we strive to provide our users with emails that are in compliance with all applicable laws. Our emails will include a clear identification that the message is from Missionary Wellness Center, a valid physical postal address, and an easy-to-use unsubscribe mechanism. We will promptly honor all opt-out requests and will not sell, rent, or transfer your email address to any third party for their independent marketing purposes without your consent.

3. Intended Audience

The Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 13. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are above the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13 through the Site.

4. Ownership

MWC or its licensors own all content on the Site, including, without limitation, all videos, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, moving images, illustrations, files, trademarks, logos, service marks, artwork, computer code, design, structure, selection, coordination, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such content, except where otherwise noted. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, moral rights, or other intellectual property regimes.

Any copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited, except as expressly permitted by these Terms. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of the Site.

Personal use exception. If you find materials on the Site to be useful, you may download information, print out text, or send copies to others as long as each copy is unmodified, includes the proper copyright notice (e.g., © Missionary Wellness Center. All rights reserved.), and is meant only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reprint or electronically reproduce any material for bulk or commercial use. 5. Trademarks

“Missionary Wellness Center,” the Missionary Wellness Center logo, and related branding used on the Site are trademarks or service marks of Missionary Wellness Center or its licensors. “Pâz Wellness,” the Pâz Wellness logo, and other Pâz Wellness marks may be trademarks of Pâz Wellness or its affiliates. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use any trademark without prior written permission.

6. Site Use

MWC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use the Site solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other unauthorized use. You agree not to copy materials on the Site (except as expressly permitted by these Terms), reverse engineer or break into the Site, or use materials, products, or services in violation of any law.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the Site. You further agree that any information provided by you to MWC through the Site is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Scrape, harvest, or misuse Site content without permission
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site

7. Accounts and Membership

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile current. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

8. Educational Content and Disclaimers

Articles, blog posts, courses, podcasts, events listings, and other written or multimedia materials on the Site (“Content”) are provided for general educational and supportive purposes only.

Content is intended to offer encouragement, practical ideas, and wellness-oriented information for missionaries, returned missionaries, parents, families, and leaders. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, counseling, legal advice, or ecclesiastical direction. Reading or using Content does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, attorney–client, or other professional relationship between you and MWC, Pâz Wellness, or any author or contributor.

Unless Content is explicitly attributed to a licensed clinician and clearly identified as clinical guidance within their scope of practice, Content should not be understood as medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Please review our content disclaimer materials for additional information. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read on the Site.

9. User Submissions

If you submit content to us (for example, through a contact form, email, or other communication), you grant MWC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, respond to, and improve the Site and our services. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive messages from us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Subscription may require email confirmation (double opt-in) before messages are sent.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or through our Unsubscribe page.

11. Donations and Third-Party Payment Links

The Site may link to third-party platforms (such as PayPal or Venmo) to facilitate donations or support. Those transactions are governed by the third party’s terms of use and privacy policies. MWC is not responsible for third-party payment processing.

Donations are voluntary and, to the extent permitted by law, are generally non-refundable. Please contact us if you believe a donation was made in error.

12. Links from the Site and Third-Party Information

The Site may include information provided by third parties, as well as hyperlinks that will lead to other websites. These linked websites are developed and maintained independently of MWC and may not be part of the Site. When you leave the Site and travel to a third-party website, you become subject to different terms of use and privacy policies.

MWC does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any third-party information contained on the Site or any information found on a linked website. Inclusion of any third-party information or hyperlink to another website does not imply MWC’s affiliation with, or endorsement of the views expressed or products or services offered by, any third party.

13. International Access

The Site is provided from the United States of America. We make no claims concerning whether material from the Site may be downloaded or is appropriate for use in any other country. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws outside of the United States of America.

14. Termination

In addition to any right or remedy that may be available to us under these Terms or applicable law, we may suspend, limit, or terminate all or a portion of your access to the Site or your account, at any time with or without notice and with or without cause. In addition, we may refer any information on illegal activities, including your identity, to the applicable authorities.

MWC may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

15. Indemnity

You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MWC and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of or access to the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ANY SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

MWC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MWC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY FUNCTION OR CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE SITE OR ANY SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MWC DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING USE, OR THE RESULT OF USE, OF ANY SERVICE OR CONTENT IN TERMS OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CONTENT MAY INCLUDE TECHNICAL INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND MWC MAY MAKE CHANGES OR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SITE AT ANY TIME. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES OR CONTENT, OTHER WEBSITES ACCESSED BY HYPERLINKS, OR THE INTERNET GENERALLY.

MWC MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT YOUR USE OF THE CONTENT WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

17. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MWC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Use of Information

MWC reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding Site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

19. Applicable Law

You agree that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cache County, Utah. Both parties hereby expressly waive any right to a jury trial in any such proceeding.

20. Time Limit for Claims

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Site, or the use of the Site, must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose and must be filed in a court in Cache County, Utah.

21. Severability

In the event that any portion of these Terms is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Waiver

The failure of MWC to assert a right or enforce a provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

23. Relationship of the Parties

Nothing contained in these Terms or your use of the Site shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee, or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume, or create any warranty, liability, or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies or statements referenced in these Terms or posted to the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and MWC with respect to the Site. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies, guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use certain features of the Site. MWC may revise these Terms at any time by updating this agreement and posting it on the Site. You should visit the Site periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your continued use of the Site after any changes have been made signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes.

25. Digital Millennium Copyright Act

If you believe that any material on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), please send a written notice that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • A description of the work claimed to have been infringed or, if more than one work is covered by the notice, a description of each work.
  • A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate the material.
